What You'll Do
- Provide direct care to adults with developmental disabilities.
- Ensure they are in a clean, safe, healthy environment at all times by:
- Assist with activities of daily living such as proper hygiene and personal care.
- Administer medications timely and document.
- Transport individuals to activities in the community.
- Maintain documentation of daily goals using an online system.
- Rotating cleaning schedules.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.
- Effectively communicate with other team members.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Must pass criminal background and drug screening
- Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
- Experience with IDD clients preferred
