Direct Support Professional
Job Duties
Aid individuals with personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide companionship and appropriate communication/social skills.
Perform light housekeeping and chores to maintain a safe environment.
Ensure safety and teach basic safety skills.
Support the achievement of individual goals and outcomes.
Promote community involvement through outings, activities, errands, etc.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Mobile Device & EVV Requirements
Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets and have reliable internet access to log visits and track service hours.
