Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities and mental health needs
- Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and aspirations
- Build one-on-one relationships with those you care for
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
- Passing background check
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
