Pay
$17.11 per hour
Union Dues: 0.5% per paycheck
Schedule
Friday–Monday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Assist people with personal hygiene
- Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs
- Help participants build skills and overcome challenges
- Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
- Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
- Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and ability to verify at least one year of active driving history (if current license was issued less than one year ago, provide a motor vehicle record, previous license, or other acceptable documentation demonstrating continuous valid licensure for at least one year)
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
