Responsibilities

• Support Independence: Help individuals reach personal goals involving budgeting, nutrition, and community activities.
• Build Relationships: Act as a mentor, advocate, and friend to those you serve.
• Daily Care: Assist with meal preparation, medication administration, personal care, and community outings.
• Promote Inclusion: Help individuals engage with their communities and enjoy their favorite hobbies and events.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED, or 5 years of documented caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach to caregiving.
