About the role

You’ll assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. You’ll also support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene
- Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs
- Help participants achieve developmental goals (e.g., budgeting, exercise, nutrition)
- Encourage community participation and engagement in favorite activities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
