Direct Support Professional

About the role

As a Caregiver at ResCare Community Living (part of the Sevita family), you’ll assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently at home and in their community. Your work will support participants with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and other complex needs while helping them build skills, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
