About the role

Each day, you’ll develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, take initiative to help them be part of the community, and support their developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with their personal hygiene
• Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs
• Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
