About the role
We provide rehabilitation services in various locations and community-based settings, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
Responsibilities
- Train, assist, and supervise individuals receiving care in areas such as living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of assistance.
- Support daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration.
- Facilitate relationships between employers and individuals served, and support community involvement through outings and transportation.
- Work closely with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License from state of residence for at least 1 year, with an excellent driving record.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Clearance of background checks.
- A caring attitude with a dedication to assisting others.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication skills.
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
- A commitment to quality in everything you do.
Qualifications

Pay
$18.75/hour, with potential for wage increases upon obtaining DSP and CRMA certifications.
Schedule
