About the role

Direct Support Professionals at NeuroRestorative are integral to the success of our organization, providing essential support in various settings including residential and community-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Train, assist, and supervise individuals in areas such as living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of assistance.
• Support daily activities including meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration.
• Facilitate relationships between employers and individuals served, and support community involvement through outings and transportation.
• Work closely with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Six months to one year of experience in the human services field.
• Valid Driver's License from state of residence.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Clearance of background checks.

Pay

• $18-$20/hr. based on experience, education, licensure, etc.
