About the role
Indiana Mentor, a part of the Sevita family, provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth facing various out-of-home placements, transitions, or involvement in the juvenile justice system. Our personalized programming aims to help youth gain stability, comfort, and confidence to overcome challenges and thrive.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene
- Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
- Engage in community activities and support participants' interests
- Help develop participants' skills in areas such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
Qualifications
- Compassionate and patient
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
