Direct Support Professional

About the role

You’ll assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Each day, you’ll:

• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to verify at least one year of active driving history (if current license was issued less than one year ago, candidates must provide a motor vehicle record, previous license, or other acceptable documentation demonstrating continuous valid licensure for at least one year)
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)

Pay

$17.11 / hr

Union Dues: 0.5% per paycheck

Schedule

Sunday–Monday, 10 pm – 6 am
