Each day, you’ll develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, take initiative to help them be part of the community, and support their developmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
• Help participants enjoy their favorite activities
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
