Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in developing and maintaining daily routines
• Facilitate social interactions and community activities
• Support personal hygiene and health management
• Document progress and communicate with families and professionals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check and criminal history review

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
