About the role

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Related experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create long-term impacts on individuals' lives
• Encourage, mentor, and coach others to achieve their goals
• Work in various settings to make memories with individuals
• Follow Individuals Support Plans to engage in activities like the park and sensory gardens
• Teach daily living activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and laundry
• Assist with daily and personal activities to enhance independence

Requirements

• No experience required - Paid training provided
• Earn a minimum of $19.00/hour with the option for Enhanced Pay
