Direct Support Professional

Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. Experience in a home health aide setting or school setting working with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred. Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Provide community support and transportation
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained)
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs

Pay

Base rate: $16.75 per hour, with a $1.50 per hour shift differential.

Schedule

All full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules available.
