About the role
This is a challenging yet rewarding position that helps people with developmental disabilities build skills, connect with their communities, and reach their goals. This position delivers the opportunity to deliver meaningful community experiences by working alongside local businesses, volunteer groups, and other community partners to help individuals with disabilities become active, valued members of their community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver meaningful community experiences through collaboration with local businesses, volunteer groups, and other community partners.
- Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities to teach, mentor, and advocate for their growth and independence.
- Engage in activities that enhance social interaction and community integration.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- A minimum of two years of related work experience.
- An associates degree or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is preferred.
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
$15.00 - $16.50 per hour, commensurate with education and experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday.
