What You'll Do

• In-Home Assistance: Help clients with daily activities like meal preparation, cleaning, dressing, grooming, laundry, monitoring vital signs, bathing, toileting, technology assistance, and more.
• Companionship: Spend time with clients engaging in activities like games, arts and crafts, and accompanying them to events.
• Community Building: Communicate with families and other staff to address any concerns or challenges in creating a safe and positive living environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain before employment
• Access to insured and reliable transportation
• Recognition of the needs of others and ability to build relationships with people from different backgrounds
• Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Dedication to professional development and organizational/state-required training
