About the role
A typical day for a Direct Support Professional includes:
- Assisting your clients with their community goals as written in their plan of care.
- Providing Community Living Supports to increase or maintain personal self-sufficiency, facilitating an individual's achievement of their goals of community inclusion and participation, independence, or productivity.
- Supports provided in the participant's residence or in community settings (including, but not limited to, libraries, city pools, camps, etc.).

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED/GSD
- Valid Driver’s License
- Auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
- Compliance with state background screening requirements
Pay
Starting pay rate is $17 per hour with weekly pay.
