Direct Support Professional
About the Role
Join the nation’s leading provider of in-home support to seniors and become a hero for someone in your community. As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll assist clients with their community goals as outlined in their plan of care. Community Living Supports aim to increase or maintain personal self-sufficiency, facilitate community inclusion and participation, and promote independence or productivity. Supports are provided in the participant’s residence or in community settings (e.g., libraries, city pools, camps).
Pay
Starting pay rate is $17 per hour with weekly pay available.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED/GSD
- Valid Driver’s License
- Auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
- Compliance with state background screening requirements
