The role involves providing direct support to clients in a professional setting. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, managing client records, and collaborating with other team members.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Manage and maintain accurate client records including medical history, dietary preferences, and personal information.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and handle sensitive information confidentially.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of disability-related issues and resources.
