Qualifications Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Further education in a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or a related field preferred
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
• Participation in onboarding requirements including criminal background and driver's record check

Schedule

PRN (Per Request Notified) employees are required to work 1 shift per pay period.

Physical Requirements (If Applicable)

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals as needed
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
