About the role

AHL HealthCare Group is hiring Direct Support Professionals in the outskirts of rural Duluth. We are a customer service winner and a best assisted living winner.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
• Demonstrating positive and supportive behavior with the clients and coworkers
• Medicating administration
• Documenting services provided daily in the electronic records and computer system
• Socializing with residents and doing activities with them
• Going to appointments with clients

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older
• Ability to pass a MN DHS background study
• Every other weekend availability required
• Reliable transportation preferred to reach this location on Duluth's outskirts ($0.50/hour less for non-drivers)

• $18.00 - $19.00/hour depending on driving status and location hired for

Schedule

• Part-time/Full-time
• Evening shift start time of 2pm or 3pm
• Awake Overnight needed in Pike Lake
