Responsibilities
- Follow a care plan for the member and report on completed tasks
- Aid in personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, etc.
- Support routine housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Transport members to appointments, daily errands, and other locations
- Aid in the self-administration of medications (no administering or measuring)
- Monitor and report any changes in the member's condition
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, and one year of in-home care services experience
- Pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Ability to work with limited supervision and follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and well-organized
- Comfortable using an electronic device
