Direct Support Professional / Advanced Behavioral Homes

About the role

We are hiring Direct Support Professionals for our Advanced Behavioral Homes in Trenton, TN. This is a regular position with multiple available schedules. The pay rate is $19.00/hr.

Responsibilities

• Aid in implementing health and safety procedures
• Support people supported development
• Facilitate person supported community life
• Provide support to team members and supervisors
• Work on person-centered plans and outcomes
• Handle medical requests
• Collect and report data

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid drivers' license
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs, squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stop
• Proficiency in CPR from the floor level
• Vision requirements including close, distance, and peripheral vision
