We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes mission, summary, schedule, essential duties, required education/experience, required skills/knowledge, physical demands, benefits (Bridgewell Offers), maybe pay? Not given explicit pay range; they mention "The pay range listed for this position is the hourly rate range..." but no actual numbers. So we should not create Pay section because no specific numbers. Schedule is given: Saturday - Sunday 9:00AM-11:00PM (28 hours). So include Schedule section. Benefits: they list health benefits, paid time off, collaborative environment, training opportunities, additional compensation for on-call rotations, professional development. So Benefits section. Responsibilities: Essential Duties And Responsibilities list. Requirements: Required Education/Experience, Required Skills/Knowledge, Physical Demands maybe part of Requirements or separate? Could combine into Requirements section with subpoints? But we need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam warning, etc. Also remove "Why Should You Apply:" maybe considered boilerplate? It's more motivational but could be kept? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Why Should You Apply:" is not exactly those but could be considered promotional; but we can keep if substantive. However we might incorporate into About the role or Benefits. Safer to keep as part of About the role? The summary already covers mission. We'll keep a short paragraph about mission and summary. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting except boilerplate. Let's extract: Mission: Bridgewell inspires hope and empowers people experiencing life challenges to achieve their fullest potential. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Requires acceptable CORI results according to Bridgewell policy. Bridgewell is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status. The pay range listed for this position is the hourly rate range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, or other applicable factors permissible by law. We need to remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The paragraph includes equal-opportunity statement; we should remove that. Also "Requires acceptable CORI results according to Bridgewell policy." That's substantive (requirement). Keep that. "Reasonable accommodation may be made..." also appears earlier; we can keep but it's duplicate; we can keep one instance. The pay range statement: they mention pay range but no numbers; we should not create Pay section because no specific numbers. However the statement about pay range is substantive but we could include it in a Pay section only if we have actual range; we don't. So we should not create Pay section. We could incorporate the statement into Benefits or Requirements? Probably better to omit because it's vague. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It states "The pay range listed for this position is the hourly rate range..." but does not give numbers, so it's not stating a specific pay range. So we should not create Pay section. We can maybe include a brief note in Benefits? But better to omit. We also need to remove duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same bullet. Now structure:

    About the role

maybe include mission and summary. But we could also have

    Summary

but instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should use those headings where appropriate. So we can have:

    About the role

    (mission and summary)

    Responsibilities

    (essential duties)

    Requirements

    (education/experience, skills/knowledge, physical demands, CORI)

    Benefits

    (Bridgewell Offers)

    Schedule

(Saturday - Sunday 9:00AM-11:00PM (28 hours)) We should not include Qualifications separate if we combine into Requirements. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Now produce HTML fragment. We'll use

    for prose paragraphs,

    • for lists. Let's craft. About the role: combine mission and summary into a paragraph or two. Mission: Bridgewell inspires hope and empowers people experiencing life challenges to achieve their fullest potential. Summary: The Direct Support Professional will provide support and assistance to people with developmental, physical and psychiatric disabilities as needed based on the needs of the residential program assigned. The Direct Support Professional will provide support to people in our services who need daily intervention, supervision and skills training in activities of daily living while managing within a home environment and in the community. People in our services may require physical assistance or accommodation. Staff may be required to have specialized certifications; be credentialed or trained in specialized areas such as PABC or ABA techniques; and/or have advanced training in areas such as autism, behavioral support and/or healthcare. We can put that as

      Mission...

      Summary...

. Responsibilities: list each duty as
    • . Requirements: we have multiple subcategories; we can still make a single list but maybe better to have subheadings? Not allowed because only headings for sections; we can keep a single list with items that include multiple lines. But we could also separate into Education/Experience, Skills/Knowledge, Physical Demands, CORI. However that would be multiple headings not in allowed list (Qualifications, Skills). We could use

      Qualifications

      for education/experience,

      Skills

      for skills/knowledge,

      Physical Demands

maybe not allowed but could be part of Requirements. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use Qualifications and Skills as separate sections if we have content. So we could have:

      Qualifications

      (education/experience)

      Skills

      (skills/knowledge)

      Physical Demands

maybe not in list but could be considered part of Requirements; but
