About the role
Direct Support Lead positions are available in multiple shifts starting at $19/hr and up to $21/hr. This role requires a dynamic work environment where tasks are diverse and support NeuroRestorative’s mission.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and community
- Support individuals served with direct services, including skills training, job coaching, and behavior management
- Attend training sessions for individuals served to ensure their objectives and company goals are met
- Participate in community outings and house orientation for new employees
- Assist with house staffing needs and staff recruitment
- Review and coordinate individuals served progress, implementing shift objectives
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years’ experience in providing direct services in the human services field
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills
- Acute attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
Qualifications
