Direct Support Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
• Experience ownership and trust from your leaders to do what’s right for participants
• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Assist people with their personal hygiene
• Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs

Requirements

• Must have valid driver's license for one full year post permit

Qualifications

• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible

Pay

$20.03 per hour

Schedule

• 3 Part Time positions open with a mix of shifts of 9am - 9pm every Sunday and 4p - 9p shifts available every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
