About the role
As a Direct Support Associate in our program, you will participate alongside individuals as they partake in enriching, integrative activities throughout their communities. Gain hands-on experience working with adults who represent a diverse range of abilities and needs, supporting them as they achieve greater independence.
Responsibilities
Your flexible role will adjust from supervision to hand-over-hand assistance as you support each individual during work, cooking classes, yoga, or other vocational activities in their communities.
