About the role
This role supports adults with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs in a residential home setting in Penacook, NH.
Responsibilities
- Promote independence and create a safe environment for clients
- Provide companionship and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility support
- Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
- Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events
- Follow each individual's care plan
- Participate in training on conflict resolution and behavioral health safety
- Complete required daily documentation on a computer or tablet
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience providing direct support or direct care (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance

Pay
$22.62/hour
Schedule
32 hours/week, Monday, Tuesday, Friday 3pm - 9pm, Wednesdays 8am - 8pm
Skills
Experience in Human Services as a Direct Support Professional, Residential Counselor or Behavior Technician
