Direct Service Professional

About the role

The Dirct Service Professional will provide training, assistance and/or supervision to individuals in the areas of daily living, personal care, financial management, community and social integration, medication administration, and/or job skill development. Also provide direct supervisor with verbal feedback and data relevant to the individual's services. Perform other related duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, assistance and/or supervision to individuals in various life skills areas
• Offer verbal feedback and data to the direct supervisor regarding individual services
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Class R Driver's license
