Direct Sales Representative- Universal & $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a Direct Sales Representative to join our team in Boston, MA to Arlington, MA greater market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers for Astound Broadband, a leading telecommunications provider.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residential customers within our serviceable footprint
• Qualify and generate sales within an assigned territory
• Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet the customer's needs
• Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations
• Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories
• Prepare sales information for customers
• Distribute marketing material and participate in special sale events
• Stay knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments within the product/service line
• Work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Enjoy working outdoors and being on the hunt

Requirements

• A sales or marketing background in telecommunications is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft products

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay

The base salary range for this position in MA state is $39,900, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits, commission, and sales incentives if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, geographical area, experience, and capabilities.
