Direct Sales Representative- Residential - $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a Direct Sales Representative to join our team in the Philadelphia, PA greater market. This role involves acquiring new customers for Astound Broadband powered by Wave, a leading provider of internet, WiFi, mobile, and TV services. The ideal candidate will build relationships with residential customers, identify and sell appropriate products and services, and execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories.

Responsibilities

• Possess a sales quota-driven mindset and enjoy working outdoors
• Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations
• Build relationships with residential customers within your assigned territory
• Prepare sales information for customers and distribute marketing material
• Participate in special sale events and remain knowledgeable about product/service line changes
• Work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and maintain a positive, creative, and persuasive personality
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Be proficient in Microsoft products

Requirements

A sales or marketing background in telecommunications is a plus. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

The base salary range for this position in PA state is $38,816.34, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits, commission, and sales incentives if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, geographical area, experience, and capabilities.

Schedule

The schedule is primarily field-based, with 90% of work being in the field.
