About the role
KOMPAN U.S. is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to promote and sell KOMPAN's commercial playground and fitness equipment to industry targets in the region. This role requires a strategic approach, leveraging opportunities for projects valued between $10K to $1M+, and contributing to KOMPAN’s overall strategy and culture.
Responsibilities
- Sell and promote KOMPAN playground and fitness equipment to industry targets in your region, becoming an expert in design and functionality
- Possess experience in long sales cycles and solution selling
- Manage a CRM system to target market segments such as schools, parks and recreation departments, municipalities, landscape architects, contractors, and housing developers
- Create product awareness and demand by presenting the world-class quality of KOMPAN equipment at industry events
- Prepare sales quotations and basic designs with the support of the central team
- Ensure quality communication with customers throughout the sales process, from design to installation and post-sale
Requirements
- College degree
- Experience in long sales cycles and solution selling preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of managing a CRM system preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and project-management capabilities
- A high degree of integrity and professionalism
