Direct Sales Representative

Pay

• Base salary: $39,900
• On-target commission: $50,000 annually (total on-target earnings: $89,000)
• Uncapped commissions—no earning limits
• Opportunity to exceed six figures with strong performance
• $5,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory in the Greater Boston, MA area
• Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet customer needs
• Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations
• Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories
• Prepare sales information for customers
• Distribute marketing material and participate in special sale events
• Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments within the product/service line
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Sales or marketing background in telecommunications (a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Enjoys working outdoors ("on the hunt") since 90% of all work is in the field
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, presentation, and influence skills
• Positive, creative, and persuasive personality
• Motivated, self-starter comfortable working autonomously
• Detail-oriented with highly developed organizational and time management skills
• Sales-quota driven
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for transporting marketing material and meeting role duties)
• Satisfactory driving record per company policy
• Proficient in Microsoft products
• High school diploma or equivalent
