This role focuses on supporting licensed agents in a call center sales environment (Direct Sales Center). The ideal candidate values both results and the behaviors that create them, holds agents accountable, and is comfortable having honest conversations.
Schedule
This role will begin with a 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. schedule with rotating Saturdays. Schedule flexibility is required, as hours may vary between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. based on business needs. Supervisors will participate in a planned rotation to provide evening and weekend coverage when leadership is unavailable.
Pay
Estimated salary: $60,000–$75,000 plus commission.

Responsibilities
- Hands-on coaching: Actively listens to agent calls, gives timely and specific coaching, and follows up to see real behavior change—not just checks a box
- Behavior + results mindset: Understands that how results are achieved matters just as much as the numbers and consistently holds agents accountable to both
- Ownership and consistency: Shows up every day, does the hard work, and applies expectations fairly and consistently across the team
- Developing people: Builds trust, engages agents, recognizes good work, and creates an environment where people can grow, improve, and be held accountable
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing sales environment and able to adjust coaching and priorities as business needs evolve
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong leadership experience in a sales environment, preferably within a telemarketing or call center setting
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, methodologies, and telephone-based marketing, including both inbound and outbound functions
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, project management, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others
- Must have schedule flexibility, as work hours may vary between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., including Saturdays
- Able to travel occasionally (approximately 5–10% annually) to attend events and in-person meetings (travel reimbursed)
- Open to traveling and working from the corporate headquarters in Omaha on an as-needed basis
