As a Direct Sales Associate, you’ll be out meeting people, building relationships and turning effort into earnings. And yes, the harder you work, the more you can make.

Responsibilities

• Meet prospective customers face-to-face in Greenlight neighborhoods
• Follow up with prospects and build relationships
• Represent Greenlight at community events and local activations
• Set goals, chase them and celebrate when you crush them
• Work alongside a team that wants to win

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and three years of holding a license
• Ability to maintain insurability under Greenlight Networks' auto policy (ability to perform neighborhood canvassing and outdoor field work for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Dependable transportation
• Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Professional, customer-first approach
• Reliable attendance

Pay

The base pay for this position is $20.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission earnings potential. Actual total compensation will vary based on actual hours worked, individual sales performance, achievement of established goals and other applicable factors.

Schedule

Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
