About the role

The position involves selling to local customers both in person and over the phone, while growing revenue through community involvement, relationship building, and outside marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business acquisition, cross-selling, and customer retention
• Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline via local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations
