About the role

The Direct Marketing Campaign Manager develops and oversees the creation and execution of direct marketing strategies and campaigns, focused on acquisition and retention of customers. The position offers remote flexibility for residents within the Arvest 4 State Operational Footprint (AR, KS, MO, OK), with a strong preference for candidates located in the Northwest Arkansas or Tulsa, Oklahoma City metro areas. Availability is needed Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with ability to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Direct, edit and ensure quality of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain effective customer response through integrated, segmented direct marketing campaigns.
  • Create new marketing packages that maintain or improve consumer response.
  • Evolve direct marketing campaigns to meet changing business environment, test results and program objectives.
  • Understand and drive customer behavior through data analysis and industry understanding.
  • Develop testing scenarios intended to maximize results.
  • Participate in the development and execution of customer market research initiatives that lead toward greater insight into customer response, behavior and perception.
  • Implement systems (in conjunction with internal and external partners), processes, procedures and reporting templates within the scope of direct customer marketing.
  • Work with Group Marketing to ensure compliance and branding standards of marketing materials.
  • Work with finance and business analysis to develop business cases for testing scenarios and other new initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain effective relationships with internal and external suppliers.
  • Manage operational audits, identify trends, determine operational improvements and implement change.
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications or related field or equivalent related experience required.
  • 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the financial services market, with proven success in the development and execution of direct marketing campaigns required.
  • 2 years of campaign management experience required.
  • Experience and passion for developing creative and effective direct marketing campaigns through understanding information, results analysis, and finding solutions in an evolving market required.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • May directly supervise 1 or more associates as assigned.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Ensure direct reports have completed required compliance training and are adhering to all internal procedures and controls as it relates to bank policy, laws, regulations and Arvest’s BSA/AML Program.
  • Provides training, planning, assigning, and directing work assignments and schedules; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
