About the role
We are seeking an experienced Energy Technician to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a related industry and a high school diploma or associate’s degree. The role involves installing energy-efficient equipment, providing technical advice, and conducting customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Install energy efficient equipment
- Conduct pre- and post-installation verifications
- Record and report customer and contractor interactions
- Provide technical advice and training
- Troubleshoot technical problems
- Act as a local, on-site program and company representative
- Travel throughout a defined territory
Requirements
- High school or Associates Degree
- Valid driver's license
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to work in various climates and perform physical tasks
- Ability to lift, carry, or push up to 50 pounds frequently
Qualifications
- Experience in a related industry
- Physical ability to work in-person in multiple homes per day
- Ability to work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes
- Warehouse work or driving on behalf of the company (if applicable)
Skills
- Technical knowledge of energy efficiency upgrades

Pay
$22.00/hr
Schedule
Field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record.
