Direct Delivery Manager

About the role

The Professional Direct Delivery Manager (PDM) will manage Azure support escalations, onboarding, customer relationships, and issue resolution. They will also provide Azure advisory support on cloud migration, architecture, deployment, troubleshooting, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage Azure support escalations, onboarding, customer relationships, and issue resolution
• Provide Azure advisory support on cloud migration, architecture, deployment, troubleshooting, and best practices
• Collaborate with Microsoft engineering and support teams
• Show strong understanding of Azure platform, cloud computing, Windows Server, networking (DNS, NAT, VPN, Load Balancing), virtualization, and SQL Server/Azure
• Show knowledge of .NET, C#/VB/C++, Visual Studio, ALM, SOA, distributed applications, and cloud-based application development (preferred)
• Show excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and support enterprise customers across global time zones

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience with a strong background in Azure Support, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Cloud Operations

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Azure platform, cloud computing, Windows Server, networking (DNS, NAT, VPN, Load Balancing), virtualization, and SQL Server/Azure
• Knowledge of .NET, C#/VB/C++, Visual Studio, ALM, SOA, distributed applications, and cloud-based application development (preferred)
