Direct Care Worker - In Home Care

Key Responsibilities

• Support people in defining their own goals and provide the guidance necessary to reach milestones that improve their daily quality of life.
• Provide emotional companionship and assist with essential household tasks, including meal preparation, grooming, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor the medical, nutritional, and personal care needs of those you serve to ensure their well-being is being met.

Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.

Compliance: Must meet all Arizona state provider requirements, including a comprehensive background check and Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance.

Training: Ability to complete all state-mandated training courses.
