About the Role

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join their team. Established over 40 years ago, they support the elderly, disabled, and participants with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Participants in Bucks County
• Provide light housekeeping, run errands, or provide transportation if needed
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist/remind with medications
• Prepare meals, purchase food, and provide personal assistance with general living needs
• Perform personal services such as toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming
• Offer companionship and conversation by stimulating, encouraging, and assisting an individual

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must complete a Criminal Background report
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for (sometimes) a long period of time
