Direct Care Worker - Horsham

365 Health Services is looking for a Caregiver to join our team, providing physical care and emotional support to clients who may no longer be able to care for themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. The ideal candidate will care for clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect, while remaining empathetic at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping, run errands, or provide transportation if needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with medications.
• Prepare meals, purchase food, and assist with general living needs.
• Provide personal services such as toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.
• Assist with financial tasks like balancing checkbooks, going to the bank, or helping clients pay bills.
• Offer companionship and conversation by stimulating, encouraging, and assisting clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

Pay

$13–16/hr
