Responsibilities
- Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program
- Provide assistance with daily activities
- Ensure a structured routine
- Provide individual community outings
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Personal care
- Medical appointments
- Meditation distribution
Requirements
- Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone's life
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
- Valid drivers license; Use of your personal vehicle
- A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
Qualifications
- Students in Human Services, Psychology, and Sociology programs are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with an interest in CNA, PCA and HHA type work are encouraged to apply
