Responsibilities

  • Be proud of rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well

  • Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
  • Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Assist people with their personal hygiene
  • Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs

Pay

$17 hourly awake, $13.45 hourly Sleep

Schedule

Full Time Overnight sleep with awake days and evenings. Positions include weekend shifts as scheduled.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, proof of education is required
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Has had a Driver's License for at least 1 year (post permit) and a clean driving record that meets Sevita's insurability policy
  • Proof of full coverage vehicle insurance and reliable personal vehicle is required

Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health preferred
  • Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
