Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with tuberculosis under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
• Assist in the administration of tuberculosis treatment and monitoring programs.
• Educate patients and families on tuberculosis prevention, treatment, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, progress, and treatment adherence.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare training or certification preferred.
• Experience in direct patient care, public health, or a related field.
• Knowledge of tuberculosis prevention, treatment protocols, and infection control practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
