Direct Accounts Merchandiser - Harrisburg (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple stores across Pennsylvania, with preference for location in or near Harrisburg.
• Rotate, stock, and take inventory of Turkey Hill Tea products at various store locations.
• Provide market conditions and insights upon request or observation.
• Collaborate with Field Services Supervisor to establish and maintain data necessary for customer delivery processes.
• Maintain professional relationships with all customers and employees.
• Travel to store locations within a 50-mile radius.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FSMA guidelines, and safety regulations.
• Support the development and implementation of SQF food safety and quality standards.
• Engage in cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvements.
• Adhere to Turkey Hill's Food Safety and Quality Principles.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience in a retail or similar industry for 1-3 years.
• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Basic knowledge of smartphone technology.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform various job-related tasks.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, ascend/descend stairs, and inspect equipment.
• Ability to perform tasks within Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and safety regulations.
