Responsibilities
- Lead syndication strategy, structuring, negotiation and execution for club and syndicated transactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, banks, and other financial partners.
- Analyze deal terms, market trends, and investor appetite to optimize syndication outcomes.
- Educate prospects, clients and internal partners on syndication opportunities and results, market conditions, and investor themes.
- Cook up and execute due diligence, documentation, and closing processes with legal, credit, portfolio, operations, and underwriting teams.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients regarding syndication opportunities and results, market conditions, and investor themes.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing market intelligence to inform future syndication strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.

- Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deal teams simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Established network within the broader investor and banking communities.
