Dir/Sr Dir, Strategy & Delivery (Gen Med - Rare Disease - US and/or Canada)

For our client, we are seeking a Dir/Sr Dir, Strategy & Delivery (Gen Med - Rare Disease - US and/or Canada) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will be responsible for shaping study and customer engagement strategies that support complex, cross-functional program execution in a highly regulated environment. The role will partner closely with internal stakeholders and customers to drive smooth transitions from planning into delivery while maintaining strong operational discipline. With a focus on both financial stewardship and quality execution, this leader will help guide high-performing teams and strengthen long-term client relationships. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $134,400 – $306,500 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute study and customer engagement strategies Lead pre-award activities including account planning and proposal development Ensure seamless transition from pre-award to study execution Lead and develop high-performing cross-functional teams Manage financial performance across assigned opportunities Promote quality, compliance, and continuous improvement Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders Qualifications Degree in life sciences, nursing, or equivalent experience Extensive clinical research experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment Deep knowledge of global drug development and regulatory requirements Proven leadership in complex, matrixed environments Strong communication and presentation skills Demonstrated operational and financial acumen Customer-focused with strong problem-solving capabilities High level of organizational discipline and attention to detail Benefits Company car or car allowance Health benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision Company match 401k Eligibility to participate in an Employee Stock Purchase Plan Flexible paid time off (PTO) and sick time Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
